LEGO's product catalogue now lists set 10995 Spider-Man's House, part of the LEGO® Marvel superheroes range. It has 25 pieces and is recommended for ages 2+. It has been on sale since 1 January 2023. The price on LEGO.com in Spain is 24,99 €, about 100.0 cents a piece.

LEGO's official description
Super Heroes aged 2 and up swing into action as they role-play their favorite web-slinging characters in LEGO® DUPLO® Marvel Spider-Man’s House (10995). Inspired by the Disney+ TV series, kids create scenes from the show with this Spidey gift as they spin a web to save the cat, give the plant a drink with the toy watering can, then make the plant grow.
